Bea and Eugine are Senior Consultants in the Management Advisory Services practice unit. They collaborate directly with company executives to develop insights and solutions for their organizations, and co-create tools and strategies necessary for organizational growth.

“What Makes Our Work Meaningful”

Bea and Eugine have been at Infinnum for over two years. Although they work in different cities, they often collaborate to guide clients through their development and growth. “About 75% of our time is spent working with clients, with the remaining 25% left to align internally with our team. We want to balance our time and focus on our team and ourselves so we can continuously grow and deliver high-impact solutions to our clients,” Bea explains. “Setting aside time to plan our weeks and align with our team has been helpful in meeting and exceeding client expectations,” Eugine continues.

Infinnum’s client track record highlights its commitment to continuous learning and transformation. Bea mentions, “Many of our clients are referred to us by other clients, so they trust us already.” Icons are heavily encouraged to invest in their clients' businesses, similar to how business owners invest in their organization. The Senior Consultants describe their approach as “holistic, personalized, and developmental” because they focus on the entirety of the organization rather than only the financials. Bea and Eugine also provide training and mindset sessions to help clients grow as leaders and managers.

By building their competencies and capabilities, Bea and Eugine are better equipped to deliver meaningful change to clients that enable them to achieve their goals.

By working with a range of clients, I’ve also developed a more adaptable mindset to help me quickly adjust to changing client needs or project demands,” Bea clarifies. “I’ve also developed stronger teamwork skills and learned to balance my patience and assertiveness when dealing with clients. The balance is crucial because we want to empathize with our client’s concerns and business challenges, but we also need to consider our deadlines,” Eugine explains.

Apart from growing in their communication and teamwork skills, both Bea and Eugine have found a greater sense of fulfillment when working with clients, as it allows them to align their professional and personal goals.
