Job description

This full-time hybrid role for Accounting Supervisor or Team Leader has flexibility for remote work. As a Team leader you will supervise and mentor a team of Accounting Analysts to ensure that the team has the capacity and capability to deliver high-quality financial accounting and reporting services to our clients. The role also involves client and account management. Individuals in this role need a strong sense of integrity, exceptional people skills, a relentless client-centric attitude, and a drive to implement meaningful change.

Practice Unit: Integrated Financial Reporting Services

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute client scope and engagements in line with agreed procedures
• Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and issues to provide solutions and recommendations
• Lead team meetings and performance evaluations
• Mentor and Accounting Analysts
• Monitor team productivity and ensure deliverables meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage client onboarding/offboarding, maintain relationships, and support billing processes
• Improve service delivery practices
