Job description
This is a full-time Senior Managing Consultant for Management Advisory Services role at Infinnum Inc. located in Cebu City, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving operational excellence, and managing people and projects.
Practice Unit: Management Advisory Services
Responsibilities:
- Oversee client engagements, resource planning, and talent capacity management.
- Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of team members and clients.
- Lead team meetings, monitor productivity, and identify areas for service improvement.
- Provide solutions to issues, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Drive innovation and efficiency through digitalization and process improvements.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Junior Managers and Consultants.
- Manage client satisfaction by reviewing reports, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Lead account management, develop engagement proposals, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Track revenue, monitor account profitability, and ensure timely fee collection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Financial Management
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Experience in managing teams of 5-8 people
- CMA is highly desirable
- CPA or MBA is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Willingness to travel across the Philippines and work in a hybrid environment
