Job description
This is a full-time Consultant role for the Business Process & Controls Team of the Integrated Financial Reporting Services at Infinnum Inc. located in Ortigas, Pasig City, with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will evaluate and assess business processes, determine improvements, and develop business cases for recommendations. They will coordinate improvement strategies, deliver services per SLAs, and facilitate client training.
Practice Unit: Integrated Financial Reporting Services
Responsibilities:
- Assess and analyze existing business processes
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate improvement strategies with stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality service to clients
- Train and support client teams
- Monitor and ensure successful process implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related program
- At least two years' experience in performing accounting activities including closing processes in any related industry
- CPA is a plus
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiar in using MS productivity tools including Microsoft Visio
- Willingness to travel across the Philippines and work in a hybrid environment
